Apprenticeships
Lyons and Annoot has risen to the challenge of the construction industry to find the next generation of ‘the builders of the future’ and have made it part of our mission to try and ensure that we can identify, train and support apprenticeships in construction wherever we can. Since our inception as a business we have supported the training colleges, the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), our client base and local councils in offering placements for those looking to enter the construction industry.
Through a strong and existing relationship with the CITB and Building Crafts College, Stratford, as well as other colleges, we are trying to ensure that the training that all trade apprentices receive is relevant to the industry as well as ensuring they are skilled in their chosen trade. Our Apprentices work on site as well as going to college each week, to ensure that all aspects of their training needs are covered and continuously developed.
With a full time directly employed NVQ Assessor on the team at Lyons & Annoot, we are able to offer support and help with certification of Brickwork Apprentices as they move forward with their training.
We are always looking for potential Apprentice team members in trade, management and commercial for our areas of work. If you feel you would like the opportunity, please contact us and see if there is a potential apprenticeship available for you.
